Sugarhouse Utah is home to some of Salt Lake
City's premier recreation attractions. The
Sports Complex on Guardsman Way has one of
the best swimming and diving complexes
around, and it also boasts a skating facility built
for the 2002 Olympic Games. It lies between the
Harvard/Yale neighborhood and the University
of Utah.
Bonneville Golf Course is a scenic public
course just above Foothill Boulevard. It
borders the lower end of the Oak Hills/St.
Marys neighborhood. It has a lot of hills. For a
duffer like myself, it seems challenging.
Finally, at the south end of the Sugar House
area lies the Country Club. It's private and
expensive, but serious golfers tell me it's
worth shelling out the dough for a round at
least once.
Sugar House Utah real estate is a good
investment for a lot of reasons, one of which is
the proximity to fun.
