which is down the hill
closer to 900 East. I've
lived a stone's throw
from 1700 South and 1700
East for more than 20
years, and I've always
considered myself a
Sugarhouse resident, but
my neighbor across the
street does not. He
moved onto Bryan
Avenue in about 1960,
when boundaries were
more defined. Whatever
you want to call it, the
area I know as Upper
Sugar House has the
best schools, the best
homes and the best
access to interesting
attractions in Salt Lake.
