This 1,700-square-foot cottage in Salt Lake City's Avenues has three bedrooms and one and
three-quarters baths. The view alone makes this house worth the money. The Avenues are
just a couple of miles north of Sugar House. The houses on the lower end of the Avenues
were built around the turn of the century. Higher up, they were built after World War II. The
building patterns from low to high were the same as in Sugarhouse Utah. The Avenues have
the full spectrum of Salt Lake City real estate, from little bungalows to huge Victorians to
mansions on the upper end.
